Overview

In my earlier years I worked in a solicitor’s office and then as a Purchase Assistant within the printing industry for a number of years.  Prior to joining Derwent Financial Planning Ltd I spent 20 years working for the High Street Bank, Halifax Plc, which is where I first met Darren. I spent the majority of those years as a Customer Service Assistant within the banking hall and specialised in bereavement & Power of Attorney registrations.  A chance meeting with Darren back in 2016, after I had left the Halifax, gave me the opportunity to join Derwent Financial Planning Ltd as Office Manager and since that time I have been party to the growth and development of the Company.

Personal

Personal life revolves mainly around my family and close friends. My husband and I enjoy our self-build campervan, along with our two dogs, spending quality, weekend relaxation time.  I love to spend time with my daughter, having ‘girls’ days out when we get the opportunity.   Catching up with long-term friends for lunch is the way I like to spend my days away from the office.
